Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Padel Mobility collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service well.
Data we collect
- Account details: your email, display name, handle, and password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider).
- Profile details: optional information you add, such as location, playing level, and goals.
- Health-related inputs: data you choose to log, such as pain entries, injury history, assessments, and training sessions. You decide what to record, and you can delete entries at any time.
- Community content: posts, comments, reactions, and messages you share.
- Usage and device data: basic technical and analytics data that helps us keep the service secure and working.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and limited billing details, never your full card number.
How we use your data
- to provide the service, including your account, content, and training tools;
- to process payments and manage your membership;
- to personalise your experience, such as flagging exercises near a body part where you recently logged pain;
- to send service messages and, with your consent, push notifications;
- to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
If you are in the UK or EU, our legal bases are performing our contract with you, your consent (which you can withdraw), our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations.
Service providers we share with
We use trusted providers to operate the service, and we share only what each needs to do its job:
- Supabase, for database, authentication, and storage;
- Stripe, for payments;
- Cloudflare, for video hosting and delivery;
- Resend, for transactional email;
- Vercel, for hosting;
- analytics and error-monitoring tools, to keep the service reliable.
We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, or security needs. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we are required to keep some records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can edit much of your data in your settings. To make any other request, email us at support@padel-mobility.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the providers listed above. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Children
Padel Mobility is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will let you know through the service or by email.
