Terms of service

These terms govern your access to and use of Padel Mobility, a community, classroom, and training platform (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use Padel Mobility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the service you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us at support@padel-mobility.com if you suspect any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Membership and billing

Padel Mobility is a paid subscription. We currently offer Foundation and Pro plans, billed monthly or annually in US dollars. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice before the change applies to your renewal.

Health disclaimer

Padel Mobility provides general mobility, warm-up, and training information for fitness purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. Always consult a professional before starting any exercise programme, especially if you have an injury or a health condition. Stop and seek advice if you feel pain. You take part in any activity at your own risk.

Community conduct

When you post or interact in the community, you agree not to:

• post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or misleading content;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy;
• spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• share another member’s private information without consent.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules or put the community at risk.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display that content so we can operate the service. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

Our content

The courses, videos, exercises, written material, branding, and software that make up Padel Mobility belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own training while your membership is active. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Some provisions, including those on content licences, disclaimers, and liability, survive termination.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will let you know through the service or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
